Unfortunately I am still young and the world is very old and it will be here long after I am gone and I will die not knowing all of it and it not knowing any of me.
To My followers,
I want to thank you for kind words and appreciation of my work. Every ‘like’ and reblog I know of and has brought me such happiness.
These days I have not been able to find any time to really work on the things that bring me happiness. I truly miss how free I used to be to create, and how creative I felt.
If I’m being honest, I have not the best knowledge of getting the word out about my work. All I really post on is tumblr and I have such great followers but I know I haven’t done all I could do to share my work with the world. This is where you all come in hand.
My dear fans/followers and friends, if you could do me the huge favor and reblog this post or any of my posts and tell the world with me I could really use you now more then ever.
And all my cover albums; 1, 2, and 3. Follow links below…

Download all of them if you’d like (it’s FREE!) spread the word, share with your friends. To all my followers and fans, thank you all.
I’ve finished one children’s book, and you can expect more. I plan to work on getting things finished and going; but this all will take time and knowledge I have yet to learn. Just note these projects are not failed attempts; they’re simply in the process. In the mean time as well as my music I just continue on stocking up on material and work. One day, just maybe, I will have some good fortune and one of these attempts (when attempted) will be successful.
Anyways, take care and goodnight my friends always keep in touch.
I’ve been so busy with work and life that I have not been able to create. Now today I have the time and I can’t; this always happens. Am I dreaming too big? Do I have a shot? Or will I loose my ability to make anything anymore.
If you’re a fan of mine or someone who believes in me, I’m asking you if you could please help me spread the word about my work. It’s become apparent I can’t do it myself. Have I failed?
Ryan N. Escalante (Self Portrait) - April, 2012
Just bored on a friday.
I know longer have a writing blog, this is because I will be compiling all my poetry into a book soon. Not to forget as well my children’s book is still ready for publication but I’m awaiting on some financial circumstances. Just in case you were curious
I have been working on Backyard Adventures with my best friend John for a couple months now, sorry I took sometime in between with a writers block. We only have a few pages left for me to write, and for John to illustrate.
I will be finishing it up here real soon, my illustrator John Turnbeaugh; http://johnturnbeaugh.tumblr.com/ has only a few pages left to illustrate but of course I have to write about five more pages (not a big deal). Thinking on selling it as an ebook at first through http://www.lulu.com/index.php then when I make enough revenue I will be selling paper and hardcover copies as well that (hopefully) will be distributed to places like Amazon, and Barnes & Noble, etc. Of course I still have publishing, marketing, distribution, and things to go over with some of the people at lulu.com. To cut the the chase, things are running smoothly and I hope to have this book out very soon! Here is another preview
“Jeffrey was Nicholas’ best friend. Each day they would explore something new like combat in the garden with stick guns and water balloons.”
This is just an excerpt from ‘Backyard Adventures’ the children’s book I am writing. Illustrations are by the best artist I know, my best friend John Turnbeaugh.
“Bike rides through the woods when they felt alone, they were sometime’s chased by the headless horsemen all the way back home.”
