This is more of a personal shoot for them so this is all I will be posting just wanted to share a little how my day went. Take care my good friends.

Unfortunately I am still young and the world is very old and it will be here long after I am gone and I will die not knowing all of it and it not knowing any of me.

Lyrics

I only see your face

I want you next to me

Will you ever notice me

And will I ever be

Your lover……

I pass you in the halls

And I hear you boyfriend call

I can see the truth in you

But this life you don’t have to choose

And does he even notice you

When you walk into the room

But I’m with you in my dreams

So I will never be

Your lover….

This time I’ll take a chance

And I will ask you to dance

I’ll hold on tight to you

That’s when you’ll know its true

That you want me too

When we kiss beneath the moon

And I will take your hand

Now I finally am

Your lover…

Anonymous asked: I'm glad to hear that u have already begun work on your 4th album as I'm sure many others are as well. so tell us, Ryan, what kind of direction will this album be taking? in what ways will it differ from your previous work in "Self Portrait" and "Phoenix" and as the album cover and title implies will their be any cohesive theme to the golden era of music and recording that existed in the age of the Phonograph?

Thank you. This new album will be in the direction of really just the feel of old vinyls & phonographs. I wanted to bring back simplicity and classy approach to a whole album. Of course being me you’ll never know what genre it can be or kind of sound; overall I want a vintage sound rich with the soul of a different era.

Songs about love, sorrow, places, people, things; with simple words and verses. I got the idea just from my love of a time decades back. I’ve always been into the 20s-70s but I wanted to really just catch the simplicity like I mentioned  that we hear a lot from the 20s to about the late 50s.

Being the sort of storyteller I am, I always loved writing about experiences and things I maybe never had but would have loved to. I think my knowledge of music really dates back, and can be used to my advantage.

I hope you all will enjoy this next album as much as I will creating it.

P.S. If you havent already heard my new song ‘Good Gal’ go have yourself a listen followers! It’s located on my page; or just play on the streampad player located below my page.
